The tour is dedicated to the truly grandiose and selfless work of doctors during the Great Patriotic War. More than 22 million injured and sick people passed through the medical workers’ hands, and more than 17 million of them were returned to duty. The hall displays banners of military hospitals - the Order of the Red Star holders, portraits and photos of doctors - Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor (N. N. Burdenko, Y. Y. Dzhanelidze, E. N. Smirnov, etc.)

A special place is occupied by materials reflecting anti-epidemic arrangements carried out in the Soviet Army. The greatest merit of the medical workers was the fact that no major epidemics were happened during the war. During the war, the system of staged treatment with assigned evacuation was finally formed. The Stage Treatment scheme, special medical documentation - the case record of the forward area that followed the injured throughout the evacuation route - all these things can be found in our hall. There is also the bag of a combat medic, containing a number of medicines, dressings and other items intended for medical care on the battlefield in the showcases of the hall
